Michael’s revolutionary approach offers profound processes and core solutions to a world stuck in emotional pain. We are stuck because we fixate on treating the symptoms while ignoring the root cause—much like painting the yellow leaves of a wilting plant green without giving it the necessary sunlight and water.
One common symptom we focus on is solving the "problem" while neglecting the underlying feelings that existed before the problem ever happened. For example, someone with social anxiety might seek to feel “more confident” and eliminate their intrusive thoughts of being judged by others. However, the judgment of others only triggers a pre-existing feeling of not being enough.
None of these feelings that you will uncover are true about who you really are, but in your sessions with Michael, you will understand where they are really coming from to truly be free of them.
